Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The product was not delivered after successful payment
- The file is completely corrupted or unusable and cannot be fixed
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under eligible conditions, you must contact us within 24 Hours of your purchase with:
- Proof of payment
- Description of the issue
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You do not understand how to use the product
- You purchased the product by mistake
- Compatibility issues not clearly stated in product description
5. Payment Currency
All transactions on our website are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
